I am obviously a generational Bosch fan (my grandma and aunts have owned a Bosch mixer for as long as I’ve been alive…and probably before), and Bosch will have my loyalty forever, but even I’m learning more and more that the Bosch mixer can do more than just make bread!

P.S. This stainless steel bowl for the Bosch is the blessed reason I can make seven (!!) loaves of bread at one time (I often double this whole wheat quinoa bread recipe for seven loaves).
